They take pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent & reliable services. All of our employees are subjected to a criminal background check and are fingerprinted. In addition, caregivers must have a current CPR & First Aid card, plus must complete a personal care attendant class. Supervisory visits are conducted on a regular basis. Assured Care is also a participant in the Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) as providers for Scan and Bridgeway customers. SERVICES Assured Care offers many flexible options in homecare services. We can tailor your service for a day or two, a week, a few hours or around the clock care. Assured Care can provide you with a service plan that will meet your needs. Non-Medical Home Care Services include assistance with, but are not limited to the following: Bathing/Hygiene Transferring/Ambulation Dressing/Grooming Medication Reminders Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping/Laundry Shopping/Errands RATES Bath Visit/Medication Reminders start at $50.00 per visit Non-Medical Home care Visits (Require a four (4) hour minimum) Start at $19.00 per hour 24 hour care (around the clock) (Couples care is at a premium rate) $260.00 per day Assured Care offers many flexible service options. We assist people with their activities of daily living which consist of eating, grooming, bathing, ambulation, dressing and light house keeping. We do not do any service that requires a medical license such as injections, catheter insertions, etc. Does Medicaid Pay for Services for Home Care? In some cases when a person leaves a hospital or rehab facility they may pay for a short period of time but when that time runs out they stop paying. However, that state has a program (ALTCS) that they may quality for if their economically disadvantaged. What is Home Care?
